Sunday after church, Matthew and I took the train over to Yokohama - the next city over from Tokyo. There we visited the World Science Fiction Convention. We weren’t able to visit all the panels as the entrance fee was rather steep (200 US dollars, ick!) but we were able to wander around the lobby which had MANY awesome and nifty stuff. It was pretty cool.

After that we went to China Town since we were already in the area and it’s one of those historic landmarks of the city. China Town was pretty interesting.

I like Yokohoma much moreso then Tokyo. It’s a much cleaner and overall more appealing city. It was nice going outside of Tokyo and seeing that yes, Tokyo is not the standard of the cities here. I guess I can’t truly say that as the number of cities I’ve had the opportunity to observer is rather low. Tokyo is a cool place but definitely not my ideal city.
